This was my first time using a rowing machine. It was actually a lot of fun. The basic technique seems to be bring your butt in ass close to your feet as possible so you can push off for long strides. I look forward to rowing longer distances in the future.
Meals:
6:30 - 4 lg egg whites, 1/2 cup (uncooked) oatmeal, ground flax seed, blueberries
10:00 - 4 oz organic sliced turkey breast, raw kale salad
12:30 - 2 chicken sausages, 1 lg carrot, apple, 3 prunes
4:00 - 6 oz plain greek yogurt, hard boiled egg, small carrot, banana
8:00 - 4 oz sliced ham/turkey, 1 lg grapefruit, homemade granola
Paleo Diet:
What about it? Nothing yet, I just bought the book and I'm starting the diet tomorrow.... better get reading!
