2 Hands Anyhow, 400's & Wallballs

Crossfit Max Effort:
2 Hands Anyhow: put 2 different weights overhead using 2 different methods to achieve your maximum combined weight.
**Completed 115 lbs (70 lb kettlebell & 45 lb kettlebell)**

Crossfit WOD:
AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
Run 400m
40 Wallball Shots, 20 lb Ball
**Completed 4 rounds + 140m**

-I killed this workout today. Breaking each wallball round into 4 sets of 10 proved to be a crucial strategy. Next time, run to/from the treadmill and you will have enough time to at least get in a full 400m at the end, maybe more!
