Fight Gone Bad

Crossfit WOD:
"Fight Gone Bad"

Three One Minute Rounds:
Wall Ball, 20 lb Ball, 10 ft Target (Reps)
Sumo Dead Lift High Pull, 75 lbs (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" Box (Reps)
Push Press, 75 lbs (Reps)
Row (Calories)
-A one minute break is taken after each round. One round consists of all 5 stations, so the entire workout lasts for 17 minutes. One point is awarded for each rep/calorie and then totaled at the end of the workout to see your score.
**Completed with a score of 257**

I underestimated this workout. Jason said this WOD, along with Fran, are the hardest in the crossfit regime. I was fairly solid through most of the workout. The push press just takes some serious will power to get through, but my greatest weakness was box jumps. This was surprising because everyone else made up ground on box jumps. That will be the key to improving my score on this WOD.
