Crossfit Max Effort:
Back Squats
**Completed 2 sets of 3 reps at 225**
I should be able to get 245 up next time. I tried it twice today but kept locking on the way up.
Crossfit WOD:
5 Rounds of:
6 Split Jerks - 135 lbs
9 Box Jumps - 30"
**Completed in 12:03**
My quads were toast after this. This was my first time doing split jerks, my form was great to begin with, but suffered as the workout continued. A ittle more strength and attention to form will knock some time off this. I was the only one to do the prescribed WOD though!
